im having this add put on the front page (peel & Stick note type) of the Sarasota herald tribune on the 25th of this month, it will go to 66,000+ readers. what do you guys think of it?

But I have to ask,, $25 a cut?????? This to me is suicide I stoped doing that 2 years ago for all I got where low ball calls and property's I couldn't make any up sells off of.
I have also found you WILL go bankrupt in the winter for unless your only cutting irrigated st Augustine,
Asking for $85-$150 monthly for that type of property you will go FARE!!!!! And winter wont hurt half as bad!

But hay this is just my 2 cents!

the 25 per cut is for the property size of the homes in stoneybrook @ venice (1000-2000sf lots after the house). just mow trim blow and go.

Yup thats the way to do it , but even at stony brook I would think it would be e z to get those customers on a contracted flat rate, but hay to reach there owen.
