I was looking at the most recent issue of GM and it mentioned Penn. trying to pass a bill to eliminate sales tax for commercial lawn businesses. Reason being the unfairness of young kids and other folks doing it and not claiming. Don't know all details but sounds mighty fine.

Hey, maybe us "kids" have helped some of you bigger guys if this passes. But then again, I'd like to be a legit business and will do anything to be one. But my parents won't let me so I can't pay taxes yet. Well, I guess I'll have to wait. I would like to see it pass, it might save us all alot of time.

If it passes I'm moving to the commonwealth of Pennsylvania near Coal Chunk City and start a used Toro business.
Larry will have mow money to spend on used equipment.:D

Actually it doesn't mean more money for us in PA...just one less bureaucratic nightmare...although now allthose who operated illegitemately will now be legit...almost

Thats our genius government at work again! ;)
Thats like if I owned Sears & Co.
A few people are stealing from me (like scrubs from the IRS and PA) so to make it fair to the good people who are paying me on the way out and doing the right thing (the LCO's in PA paying their taxes) I'll let everyone steal from my store.
I'm not sticking up for taxes, but I don't think this is good for the industry at all. There should me a universal governing license for the green industry with a yearly test just to run a business. If you get caught operating with out it, you get hung!!
What a world we live in!
