Mowing
1/4 acre- 30 - 35
1/2 acre- 40
3/4 acre- 50
1 acre- 55
more than 1 acre-
1.25 acres = $65
1.5 acres = $75 (11/100 cents / sq.foot)
2 acres = $90 ($45.00 / acre)
2.5 acres = $110
3 acres = $130 ($43.33 / acre)
4 acres = $150 ($37.50 / acre)
5 acres = $170 ($34.00 / acre)
6 acres = $190 ($31.66 / acre)
7 acres = $210 ($30.00 / acre)
8 acres = $225 ($28.12 / acre)
9 acres = $240 ($26.66 / acre)
10 acres = $255 ($25.50 / acre)

Mulch - ALL mulch is picked up, delivered, and spread, no exceptions.
Standard double shredded: 1st yard 60, 2 cu's $100, 3 - 140, 4 - 175
5 - 220 (yes 4 is better than 5 deal cuz for 5 it's either 2 trips or 1 overweight load).
6 = 260, 8 = 350 (4x 2) etc...
Premium double shredded +$10 / cu.
Designer $90 first cu, $85 x 2 and on, hand spread = twice the area coverage, comes with 60-day NO fade guarantee.
Please note I enforce a 12 cu.yd. limit because beyond 14 cu's it's cheaper to call the blower truck.

Man hours- Sorry, don't work by the hour, thank you.

Edging per Lin Ft- Usually included with mulch or maybe $10-15 extra, pennies on the foot lol.

Bush trimming- Depends on the job, roughly adds out to $50 per trimmer fuel tank (this lasts 20 minutes on WOT but I get a LOT done in that - If it's not all out of control, easily the whole front of a house, 6- 8 or more bushes), includes cleanup.
> No artistic designs, round or square lol, I don't get that artistic stuff but admire those who do.
Spring cleans- Depends, for most regulars it's included in the first cut or slightly extra $5-$10 or so, unless it's really bad.
Non-regulars almost never hire me, cost of crap hauled = $200 / 6x12x2 trailer load (this includes the labor but somehow everyone thinks it should cost like 60 or 70 bucks). The $200 includes the landfill's $40 commercial dump fee.
Fall cleans- By the job, only for regular customers, price is determined after the work is done.
> I do leaves for as little as $40 per visit to as much as $700 total, it all depends.
>> A hauled trailer load is $200, total.
