Just thought I would throw this out.
I am a member of a Razorback message board and they had a forum "Buy and Sell". I posted a wanted ad on there that said "WANTED: Lawns to Mow". I recieved two calls in two weeks. I landed both of them for $40 each.
It always helps to think "outside of the box" when trying to find new customers.
