What's best east coast state for start ups?

Not NJ, its the worst........I live n a small neighborhood, maybe 200 houses, and there are 4 landscapers in my neighborhood alone

Without a doubt Georgia. I am in north GA and the work is abundant. I pass a LCO every 100 yards or so but I do not have a problem finding work.

Thanks guys for the replies. Here in New jersey you do pass LCO'S every few blocks,but there is still enough work to go around. I think what Im looking for is the warmer winters, and to restart up in hardscaping and aquascapes hopefully no maintenance.
