How do you charge for mulch delivery/install?

If by the yard, what are you prices and do you charge a different amount if you're just laying a new thin layer over preexisting mulch as opposed to removing old mulch, deweeding, etc.?

$75 per yard, $.85 per foot for edging, and $45 an hour for weeding/other prep work.
