hehe, i was going to ask this too. For this year, im figuring into the price the cost to come back twice at my discretion within two weeks to water the lawn. Meaning, if its very hot out or dry for days at a time, if we have more than 2 days of no rain and its very dry, i drive back out and water the lawn, doesnt take too long, just to get it damp in an afternoon when the suns going down.
