Neighbors fire damage.

Went home to Louisiana last weekend.. Found a not too nice neighbor had a big fire in his backyard corner and apparently it got out of control and burned and killed two shrubs we had planted to screen his other mess. My sister and I were talking to his wife and and were arriving at an agreement when he arrives home, gets mad and orders us out of his house, then makes us walk around three blocks instead of back across his backyard to ours.
We had to call sheriffs dept to find out burning regs and he was in a serious violation, so we shall see where things go from there.
My question is, does anyone know of someone in the West Monroe, La area that could replace two "sweet olive" scrubs about 6-7 feet tall and what price would be?
