We started out unusually warm this spring then dropped into the 20's at night last week. Alot of trees had begun to leaf out and of course the freezing temps killed the new growth. My question is can you expect younger (2-3 yr. old) trees to put on more growth, should much long term damage be expected? I've had a few customers call with questions about this. I'm sure it varies with species so a few are cypress, birch, magnolia, oak and maple.
