estimating an apartment complex

Question, does anyone have and idea or already mow for an apartment complex that could help me figure out how much to charge for a 80 apartment complex? Thanks in advance

it all depends can't just say about 80 theres no way to know how much work there would be to do.
find out how long it will take.
take the amount of hours it will take each cut X your hourly charge X 4 cuts a month . you have your monthly price..
