I have a customer that needs about 18000 sqft of sod work done. The ground is mainly already bare just needs thin layer of topsoil and some cover up around the trees for exposed roots.
I figure 40 pallets of sod for 3000, 5 loads of dirt for 825, and skid steer for a day at 260.
I was thinking of around .55 per sqft for prep and install. Does this sound about right or to low.
