Looking to see if anyone knows who makes a bed edger that cuts a ribbon of sod vs. one that just chews up the ground like our Brown does. Dont get me wrong our Brown does great but in wet conditions it kinda makes a mess, and its kinda bulky. It very hard to get close to plantings. Also Ive already seen the Little Wonder machine, looking for something a little smaller.

Yeah, the days of doing that are by far gone! We already have a Brown edger that edges 100' in about 45 seconds, so it was well worth the $$$$$. Just looking for a sod type, thanks for the advise though.

Have you looked at the "bed shaper" by Little Wonder? Turfco makes one as well that you can put different blades on. Go to Turfco.com and look up the Edge-R-Rite II bed edger. Heres a pic from their site.

Lazer Z got it to you quicker than me! Turfco's unit is a tough, simple unit that is well worth the money. It has several blade styles, so it is versatile, too.
