If this is the wrong forum please feel to move it. What chemical can be used to kill small tree stumps? I plan on drilling into the stump and then going in for the kill with whatever works.

Use Garlon 4 --on fresh cut stumps

Or just wait until winter time, and rent a stump grinder for one day and hit all your clients....
The chemical option will take a long long time.
I have hear about people drilling into and soaking it with fuel and then torching it with some success, but no first hand knowledge...

Make a clean cut on the stump. Paint the cambium with 50- 100% Round-up.

To make sure they stay dead, I agree with Grassmechanic. To remove them, stump grinder.

2,4,d + Glyphosate + diesel + paint brush. Some suckers might come up spray them and that should be done.

After you kill'em with roundup, or whatever, drill some 1" or bigger holes into 'em, and fill with saltpeter, then cork'em-they'll burn the next year, or rot faster.
