i wanna see what you guess think is needs. The motor didn;t start and to make a long story short i gt it running. It doesn;t smoke until i bring the throttle above 1/4ish and then at 1/2-full throttle is smokes like a banshee. What you think it needs. Thanks LawnInOrder

I'd say a new set of piston rings but the cylinder might need to be honed and a new piston put in. You would have to pull it apart and get some measurements.

What color is the smoke? What color and condition is the spark plug?

its white smoke and the plug is brand new.

nope being using it for about 3 days then it started smoking

A cylinder leak-down test will tell the story better than guessing.
