Here are a few pictures of some stuff I have done and my truck.
-I built the patio over the winter, first time doing something this big, it turned out great. Second pic is of some of the cuts i made, they looked good I thought.
-I have a F-350 turbo diesel. any buyers?!! you can have it!
-Here is the yard I learned to really stripe up a yard, this guy put a fortune in it.
-Playgrounds are easy money and if you know what you are doing it doesn't take long, I did this whole playground in about 12 hours.

How much for the truck?

Yeah I work alone, I have some experienced friends that help me out when I need them.
I would let the truck go for about $7000, it's worth it. It has some issues that need to be addressed, but the motor it great, all the pulling power you need, It would be a awsome second truck just used for hauling, but it wears me out on those days out cutting all day.

The stripes look good; but you need to learn to circle the lawn in one direction. Also, bringing the stripes all the way down to road would look a little bit nicer. I have one negative comment though... The playground looks to be a tad unsafe. You have timbers laid right next to the ladders and in the fall zone of the swings. I wonder who will be liable when little johnny breaks his ankle?

Play ground sets are good easy money, i just did one, it cost the customer 2200 dollars for the play set, i charged him 1200 to put it up, (took me almost 2 days), 400 for dirt work, and 2500 for border and sand. i am now offerin those exclisively!

Man I never even thought about playground installs. That sounds like an excellent expansion market.

The truck isn't perfect, I'll let you know whats wrong with it because I don't want to screw anyone.
-The clutches' days are numbered!
-Needs tie rods
-Parking break needs work
-Glow plugs need replacing
-Also needs some break work, maybe a master cylinder
I'd like to get $7000 but when I start fixing these problems the price will likely go up because the motor runs great and has a lot of power.

The yard is cut as good as it can be, the front ditch sucks and you cant run them all the way out of the yard.
And the playground is a little deceiving, the railroad tie isn't that close, thats a retainer wall, I put 6 feet on all sides of the set

I wasn't trying to ditch you or anything. I just did a mulch job at a school playground. While I was on site, the principal gave me a listing of state-mandated rules that I had to follow.Like: it had to be 6 inches deep in the fall zone of every climbing or swinging toy...Stupid stuff like that. I just wanted to let you know incase you ever get a job at a daycare or some other state controlled facility. When it comes to the lawn, you can bring your stripes to the road. Just lift up your deck when you crossing the ditch. your striper will probably still touch the ground.

If you arent trying to ditch me then just quit, dont you think if I can run stripes like that I understand what I'm doing, If I could have run out the ditch I would have, I said the ditch sucks, you cant drive through it, its 4 feet deep.
Hey Bro I'm not mad at you, I just put a good pic on here to share with everyone and you have been hating ever since, I didn't ask for any help with my work.

I don't have a striping kit, the yard just holds some serious stripes. I ran over each direction once, but it holds them all week till the next cut so they look great.

Have a question for Middle Tennessee Lawns? Kinda of new to the business and wanted to know the best way to get customers. Advertise in the daily herald, business cards, or flyers. Also want to know how do you like your scag. I have a dixie chopper right now and am wanting to add an additional mower in the future. I'm kinda leaning toward a toro or scag. How would you compare these two mowers?
