Hello,
Pothckins,

This is a little messy to say the least when not only going between to different models, but also two different deck sizes. Here's everything I could find, but I'm certain there's also going to be some miscellaneous hardware.

103-2977 Completing Kit (belt, pulley, etc.): $300
103-5633 Weight Kit: $180
109-1968 Upper Tube (72): $115
103-0736 Belt Shield (72): $80
(2) 103-1155-03 Spacers: $6

103-0429-03 Rear Mount: $130 this is optional, but if you don't buy one, you'll have to unbolt the one from one machine to put onto the other each time.

109-1974 Lower Tube: $75 this to is optional, but if you don't have one, each time you switch you'll have to separate the lower tube and bolt it up to the new one...believe me, this is not fun.

In addition, the blower housing has a mounting pin that is bolted to it (pin the slides into the holes towards the back of the deck). This pin has two locations, one for a 60 and one for a 72, so that will need to be moved each time.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Lenny

Sorry about that, for some reason I read 60" & 72".

Here's my recommendation:

(2) 103-2975-03 Mounting Plates: $35
103-2792 Jackshaft $85
103-0735 Shield $65
(2) 103-1155-03 Rear mount spacers $6
103-2980-03 Handle mount $45

103-0900 70lb wt w/ 2" bracket $170 you could buy just the bracket and knobs, but then each time you switch it over you have to unbolt the weight and swop it from bracket to bracket.

I would also still recommend getting the extra 103-0429-03 rear mount plate $130

As I said earlier there's undoubtedly some hardware and maybe some small parts on top of this as it's nearly impossible to catch everything when converting these UV's by part. Could do it through kits, but you'd double up on a ton of parts and also the price.

Hope this helps. Contact us any time if you have any questions.
