new 18' trailer with a few modifications. I added 2' side walls, removable side gate for unloading mulch and also allows me to load tractor attachments and anythind heavy that I can pick up with the 1000 lb. truck crane. Also added storage box and spare tire carrier to front of trailer and bolted 4 10,000 lb. d-rings to the frame.

Thats nice. What did you make the sides out of? looks like some type of plywood. Did you add the diamond plate flooring?

The sides are plywood and the trailer came with the dimond plate floor. The trailer is a 18' dovetail car hauler with brakes on 1 axle. I only have around $1900 in the trailer with all the add ons. I use it mainly to haul my Kubota bx24 TLB on and mulch.

I thought I was the only one with a engine crane on my trailer, comes in handy doesn't it! Also great job on the sides.

I like the crane. Tomorrow I am planning to move mine to my other pickup. Having to set grave stones it comes in handy.

ajordan193 I bought the box a while back from one of the big box stores for around $40. It comes in handy. I keep my hand tools, log chains, safety cones, measuring wheel, and mesh tarp in it. It also has 2 padlocks on it.
