well unless the bags are soaking wet, the truck should be able to hold more than you can fit. As far as the trailer, what is the axel size.

why bagged? just get a load of bulk delivered. but if you have my rationale, and think that bags are easier to use for most installations, then like the above post said, more than you can fit.

you should be able to more than fill the truck, i have 02 dodge ram and i can put around 50-bags of TOPSOIL (40lbs ea) on it (palletized)
