dumb question, whats that thing at the front of the trailer, ive seen a few of em around here the last few weeks. And also, what kind of dump trailer is that?

Its a olathe turf sweeper, toro bought them out. Its a 12' longhorn dump trailer.

Are my eyes failing me or does that WB have a vac and trash can collector attached to it?

No your eyes aren't failing, the toro has a trac vac on it.
