husqvarna chainsaw won't run

I have a model 61 chainsaw that sat for a few years. I cleaned it up, flushed gas, new plug. Saw started, but barely. It ran like it was loading up. No change with any carb adjustments, just chugs. I put a kit on the carb, and it ran like new for about 10 minutes....then back to chuggin.....Any Ideas????
Carb adjustments made no difference again.

My ques'um would be that a tinnsy fuel port inside the carburator is semi gummed,perhaps tank or filter inside fuel tank is due for service.. my big touchyness is i pour out any gas sitting more than 3mths, and run the engine/carb completely dry.

check the muffler it see if it is stopped up

lots o times the fuel line has a crack in it, cheapest thing to replace.
