Post emergent how long after pre-emergent

On pre-emergent treatments is it a must that we should wait 30 days before the next herbicide treatment(post emergent)?

i do not suggest double fertilizer, though.

Same here, fert., pre-m, broadleaf from mid-April til R1 is done, then fert./broadleaf early R2 until the first R1's are done.
