Well heres a few pictures from this afternoon. Parents place, I try to hit their place once a week. Otherwise my old man feels the need to jump on one of my mowers and attempt it! Well pulled all the bushes from the back burm last fall, I'll post some pics over the next couple weeks of the finish product.
With all the rain we have gotten over the past couple weeks combined with a little fertilizer its groing like CRAZY!

Thanks guys! Lot is about 9 acres if you include the wooded area and the pond. Actual lawn is about 2-3 acres, house was the biggest in the city at the time built (10 years ago). Mayby I should have followed in my dad's footsteps, LOL.
The beds need help, like I said my dad tought it was a good plan to pull all the shrubs/bushes last fall. I guess I'll have a few busy weekends comming up. Not to mention the 25 yards of mulch that will need to be spread!

Of course I don't mean to be nosy, but then again I do... :o) In comaprison, a house like that in my town with even 2 acres would run $4-500K with about $15 in porperty taxes/year.
What would you estimate it to be in your town? New York is screwing their property owners, regardles of who we vote into office.
Again though, the property setup seems nice, great tres circle driveway.
