New mower purchase.

I am about to purchase a new mower, I can't decide between a Mini-Z 52" or a Hustler Z 54"? I am cutting just my yard that is 4 1/2 acres.
I also concernd about seeing people on this site complaining about strips of grass being left uncut. Are these problems being addresed? I do not wish to purchase a mower and have to return it to the dealer because of a lack of performance.

Both will do a great job..
The 54" unit is not going to have any trim capability due to the deck not going out beyond the left tire, the 52" Mini Z will have plenty though.
The striping you are reading about has been addressed and the decks have been updated / changed for 2007.
The Mini Z 52 never had this issue as it is not a XR-7 deck.
