Stihl BR400 vs BR420 Blowers

Is there any difference between the specifications of the Stihl BR400 and BR420 blowers? The Stihl website seems to imply that they are identical but a dealer claims that the 420 has a higher cc engine and more air velocity? Who's right?

There is NO difference between the two models. The 420 is eventually going to replace the 400, but until then the are the same. However the 420 did have a recall a while back dealing with the fuel line, but that problem has been fixed. I bought a new BR400 earlier this spring and absolutely love it.
