I need to install a vinyl handrail on some steps I'm making out of coventry block with bullnose treads. Any ideas other than screwing them to the treads ?

drill holes and epoxy the bolts into the step.

If The Rail Is Your Typical 4 By 4 Pvc. Put A Sonotobe In Your Stairs Filled With Cement. Stick A 4x4 In The Cement And Cut The Bullnose Around It. When Done Screw The Pvc To The 4x4. Secure Strong And Will Last. Have You Seen The Wrightframes Yet

What Ever Happened With The Handrails? How Did You Install Them?

It's easier to embed a pressure treated 4x4 into your blocks and fit/cut the cap or bull nose around it. When your done, you can buy a railing kit and post cover and have a beautiful railing.
