It does look very professional ... it seems to me that you may actually be able to make it more than a side business ... just a thought !!

I like it, it looks good. But it has too many colors in it. The more colors it has in it, the more expensive that baby is gonna be to print.

It will be placed on the doors of a chevy 5500 and on a 24' long coverd trailer.:cool2:

Nice, too nice. Too much detail for a Logo. Tell the designer you will be using the logo for print advertising, stationary, trucks. Follow the lead of the big companys, look at their logos all of them are nice and simple, not too busy. On my 19' cpu monitor the only word I can make out at a glance on your logo next to your posts is the word landscaping.

I like it, I really do. A little too busy though. Is "Services" actually part of your name, or did you just throw it in there? You could easily get "services" out of there or take out "design, construction, maintenance;" you are saying the same thing twice. Gradient on the phone number makes it hard to read, go solid color, the lighter green at the top of the number.

Not totally original... Look familiar?

Because, heaven forbid, aunty gets more work from the "Competition" from all other parts of the country. You know, if you have a nice logo, youll drive Kreft and Sons out of businessm from 2000 miles away.

I guess if its part of your name, it's ok. Otherwise, seems like you are saying "Services" then what your services are (design, construction, maintenance). Why not one or the other?

Did you end up gettin the uniforms and the truck lettered?

Also, is there a reason for choosing "Design, CONSTRUCTION, Maintenance" instead of "Design, BUILD, Maintenance". I guess "build" is more common than "construction" but it seems to flow better. Real nice logo regardless! I was thinking of putting an oval around my logo but hesitated because my dad's office furniture company has a oval around their's and I don't want to be the same. I think your logo proved that the oval/circle is the BEST logo shape. I'm going to edit mine a bit after seeing yours (not copy, just edit:)) Good luck with everything!

It looks ok, but I have to say...I'm with Jodi on this one. It is MUCH too busy. There is so much that takes away from so much. It is dazzling to the eyes, but that is not necessarily a good thing for a glance - especially to catch the eye and actually deliver a message. It causes too much distraction within itself. Also, the numbers should be spaced better, with perhaps more shadowing so they are easier to read. You sure won't be able to read these going down the road.

kreft
12-31-2007, 12:56 PM
Yea but your seeing this on a 15X15 computer screen of course you won't see it going down the road, but if it is on a 24' long 8' high coverd trailer, I think your going to see it, and people most likly wont be writing down a phone number doing 75 on the beltway, they will mostlikly write it down at a red light, or when its parked at a job, or on all the flyers, or on back of T-shirts, the front of buisness cards, pens, coffey cups, phrisbees, etc...

Thanks for the suggestions, and happy new year
