John Deere, Wright, Bobcat, IH Cub Cadet, Landpride, and Kubota would probably get a couple of votes....Craftsman, Murrey, and Yardman too...heheh. :D

In the poll I put the brands I see mentioned most often in the threads. But there's also Gravely, Husqvarna, Howard Price, Dixon...and on and on and on... :)

I agree, Guido. I love seeing polls. There are so many other brands that should be on there, but whattya gonna do? I'm surprised at the Walker responses. Don't see any around here, and they don't get metioned a heckuva lot on LS. Must be a good machine, though.

So far, eXmark is twice as popular as the next leading brand: Walker. Surprisingly, Dixie & Scag are tied for third place. :eek:

With all the cheers for Dixie, and all the boos for Scag, I thought it would be Dixie at the top of the heap and Scag at the bottom. Must be a lot of undercover Scag operators out there. ;)

The rest of the brands are bunched pretty evenly, with Grasshopper bringing up the rear.

I think there would be more BMW's than Chevys because the poll states what brand mower do you "prefer". (Not necessarily own):D
