cost of balancer

I ordered a Magna-matic blade balancer from Landscaperssupply and was just wondering why their price was cheaper than yours.

They didn't have the mod. # it was just called a professional series blade balancer but the price was 159.00 delivered.

Now (of course my luck) they are back ordered and I am told it will be 30+ days. I do not want to wait that long so I will probably cancel my order from them and order direct from Magna-Matic.

Just wondering if this is a different product that you have on your web site. The price there for the Mag-1000 was 175.00.

Everyone that is a distributor for Magna-Matic has the freedom to price the products as they like, we do not set strict controls for that. Some distributors price them below us, some above. We set and use the retail price for our products, we advise our distributors to either undercut us, or to not go much over the retail.

Sad to say that we have found people selling the MAG-1000 blade balancer for over $300. The advantage of ordering direct from the factory is that you will usually get the product the quickest.

Thank for responding I did not want to wait 30+ days and heck I didn't even wait for a response to my post. I called today and cancelled my order fro Landscaperssupply and called you guys.

They were veyy helpful and said it should be here the on Fri.

Well i got my blade balancer today, on time as promised. thanks to Magna-Matic. Nice unit, works great.
