Is it possible to do strictly irrigation in pa. I am in eastern pa and i see a few guys around doing irrigation. I currently own a lawn care business but i want to specialize in something. I was wondering if people feel that there is enough work around. Plus it is a skill and it may be a way to set myself from the rest. I am looking for some feedback.

Def do it my man!!!!
go to a few schools...hang out on some irrigation jobs....learn hydraulics..It pays a lot to offer water with what ever you put in the ground..
It has worked for my boss....we are screaming in size...over 800 accounts with only 2.5 techs...were busy
Check this out..ive only been doing it for 3 years....and i can do anything in these pics and pull pipe no problem..

I would keep a crew mowing and then focus another crew on irrigation. Plus the mowing crew will keep your cash flow going through the winter months(if monthly plans).
