If you don't know this, then you probably shouldn't be running a 6 man crew or bidding this job.

It's gonna vary depending on how long the job takes if it's a tiny job you'll need a little more per hour, but I usually wind up grossing between $37.00 & $45.00 per man hour. Also I'm not so sure it's a good idea to run a 6 man crew unless they will be at 1 property all day you are gonna take a bath on windshield time. I have found that any more than 3 starts costing you a lot unless you have a large property for every day of the week or an extremely tight route.

Thanks Evergreenedmond!!

This is for the county and they need 1 time 6 people crew job with 120 man hrs. All mowing and some minor trash pickup.

If it's mostly mowing, and you're having all 6 guys on mowers, I'd charge at least 50.00 per man hour. That equipment costs money, and you have to pay the guys for 20 hours of work(given your 120 hour figure), so even if you only pay them 10 bucks an hour, that's already 1200 in labor cost gone, now you're at 40.00/hr before you subtract fuel. And I'd assume you're paying more than 10 bucks/hr, but I don't know.
