I see a lot of home owners around here will be planting Crab Grass Seed this summer, the way it's growing. :)

We use Lesco seed when we do seeding.

I use lesco metro blend wich is a mix of rye, kentucky blue grass and creeping red fescue. What is transition made of?

Guy's you should really find out what type and name of seed you are using:)
That way you know what works!
Every bag should have a tag with varity and germation %

Have used the Millennium fescue turf blend for the past few years. We have one customer that insists on the Pennington greencoated fescue every year. His always seems to do about as well as the turf blends.
I would like to try something different this year on most of them. Never used Lesco for seeds before but might try. Does anyone know what the blend is. And how about the cost per 50lb. bag?
