Too late to get commercial accounts?

Tomorrow is June 1st and I don't have any commercial accounts yet. I've got a fair amount of residentials but would love to break into the commercial market with one or two this year.

Any advice on how to snag some commercials this time of year? Thanks.

walk in and ask them when they accept bids, I have done this in the past and some take them as early as JANUARY. Keep a record then next year
hit'em......and hit'em hard......
