its been dry for about a 2 months, grass is turning brown however weeds are still growing in customers flower beds, i sprayed some ground clear vegetation killer, i mixed it a little strong several days later nothing no brown weeds or in the process of dying weeds, just a few brown spots barely wilting, why isnt the product working..... is it because of the warm sunny dry weather ?

seems like my stuff works better when it is hot & dry.

Are you trying to kill Nutsedge? I have found that your typical products won't kill it & had to use an additional product mixed in.

Always spray early in the morning when the weeds are actively growing. Also make sure you use a surfactant or make sure the product has a surfactant in it. When it is hot & dry, the weeds can 'close off' during the day, so you need the herbicide to stay on the tissue for extended periods - thus making a surfactant a must.
