hydro-gear bdu-L10 pump causing transaxel fluid to foam?

problems after problems,Tranny-hydro-gear oil faoming Bad!Can this be air in the system or a bad vavle or air getting threw the rubber gap on tranny filter. I see no leaks,I changed the transmission oil last year! I don't think this oil would brake down,that fast! any idea's this is on a cub cadet.:confused:

Still sounds like a leak in the lines or fittings pulling in air.
