Normal mowing season (Chicago area)

i don't know if this is the right section or not but I think I got it.

What is the average mowing season for you guys in the Chicago area (or similar).

What month do you typically start when do you normally finish. This is in regards to mowing only.

Here in Joilet I start 1st week of April end late November. Fall cleanups could go into early December and Spring Cleanups could begin in March.

Looks like a tough season though with little rain. Father's day is usually my benchmark that i see a decline in amount of service needed. The hot weather brings out the people that can't handle the heat and they will have you cut theirs.
