So I was wondering how you guys handle rainy day make-up. Lets say it rains for 2-3 days and you aren't able to mow. Do you do the normal accounts and stuff the other ones in? Do you just say hey, 3 days late, I might as well wait for the normal mowing time next week? Do you throw together another temp crew to hack em out? Thanks in advance.

Honestly, I don't let myself ever get behind that much. If I have one rain day I may take it off, but two in a week and I'm working through the second day unless it's completely pouring. Usually, it is spitting or a light rain outside. A little rain never killed anyone and if you have the right equipment, the lawn looks just as good.

I bag most my lawns. DO you guys bag, mulch or side discharg when mowing in the rain?

We pick op right where we left of, we've had rain for the past 2 days so my guys started with thursday's yards today then they will start on friday's tonight or tomorrow. Also I when we get behind like this I'll move my bed crew & landscape crews over to help the mow crews. Yes we bag 90% of our lawns & the rain can make it a little difficult.
