I have this customer who wants his lawn repaired. He wants 3 quotes.
1. Rip out old sod, put new topsoil, grade, install new sod 2200sqft.
2. Install new sod in front only(600sqft), roto-till and put new seed in the back.
3. Roto-till all of it and put new seed down.
What would you guys price this job out as.
We have a sod cutter and a method of disposing the old lawn. There would be a lot of wheelbarrowing from the back because access with a skidsteer is not available. Typically we like to charge 40 - 50/hr for two guys.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks,
