That was my point.

If you are using this (Lawn Doctor) as your business name - you are opting for Legal persecution for infringement. Companies who have Registered and Trademarked names do so in an effort to differentiate themselves from those like you and I who may not last in our efforts of trying to put food on the table.

True. However, there are quite a few lawn doctors that i have seen. So far we all differentiate ourselves by using an addendom to the name
The Lawn Doctor of Rockingham. Perfectly legal.
