99 36inch toro t bar mower

How much guys would you pay for this?? Ive seen one for sale.. its in ok condition runs fine he tells me and sounds good when I ran it.. it is a 99 t bar 36inch cut toro.. im thinking maybe 800 or 900 bucks or am i way off?? Someone help me????

If I offer 600 you guys think im nuts?? for me it would just be a back up mower .. he used it to cut his own yard and thats it.. he owns a big nursery ..
