Ontario Canada Coal Tar Emulsion

Hi all,

Had to move to Ontario Canada for family reasons so I took my company with me. I'm having a tough time finding a Coal Tar Emulsion Plant to provide me with product in bulk (1000 liters at a time)

I did a search on these forums and came up blank.

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Within 2 hours of Toronto would be perfect. The closer to Toronto the better.
