gmc steering stabilizer

i have a 99 gmc old body style 3/4 replacing the steering stabilizer and cant seem to get it off. i got the driver side bolt off but the other one cant for some reason get off. has anyone had problems with this.

yes, a little heat, impact gun or sawzall will fix that prob right away.
