Got a 21 that starts fine but idles very high and is blowing white smoke constantly. It won't throttle down. I replaced the throttle cable and still won't throttle down. Do I need to adjust something? I was picking up some parts yesterday at my dealer and the mechanic said it sounds like an internal problem. He said it sounds like someone hit something with it causing the damage. I know the only way for him to know for sure is to actually look at it, and if I can't fix it I will take it to him. I hope it is not serious. This machine is fairly new (only 3 seasons) and as you know no longer manufactured. Any suggestions?
