My dealer is selling these for $115 and has one in stock. Is this not the right one for a 2007 Hustler Fastrak 20/54?

If he has a stripe kit in stock for a FasTrak it is for the 44 and 52 inch models, not the 48 and 54 inch models.

No it will not.
We are working on a new one, even better than the old style, but it will not be available anytime in the near future.
When I have information on it I will post it.
