Would you lower you prices alittle to fill the schedule ? Professional beer drinker isn't paying the bills :nono: . First part of year was great but things have dropped off. It usually doesn't slow down until Aug. Damn growing pains
That is why McDonalds has a dollar menu.
Having big prices and a firm back bone to keep them only works if you can get the work to keep coming in. Of course you do what you have to do to keep money coming in as long as you can still make a living.

I always feel that the smiley guy is flipping me of one that one.
I always have a fluctuating price point. usually 3
1. Built with a nice profit or a ding dong factor
2. built with a fair "competitive profit
3. The absolute minimum I can do a job for and still make money. (if I want to be the lowest bidder)
and you can use those three prices as your calendar fluctuates. I don't make money polishing my trucks :)

Good responses above - even more important if you have a crew that you want to keep . Over time , you will hopefully establish a clientele willing to use you at your price.
