I'd rather keep it as a package deal. All this equipment I will never use again, and it'll take forever to sell it all seperately.

Me and one guy, I have a 3rd guy for spring and fall cleanups. Are the condos 1, 2, or 3 year contracts?

1 year contracts.

One of them I've had for 7 years.
The other I've had for 3.
