mowing steep hills

i remember a member saying he pushes 1 control lever foward and pulls one back on hills where he looses traction .
i thought it was a joke but i have tryed it at least 3 times now and it works .
sure beets hitting a tree or swimming to the nearest phone.
and it dosnt tear as much turf up as aposed to two tire spining the oppisite of the slide.
he all so said the object is to get the front wheels up hill this gives you alot more control than riden it out till she stops.
i dont remember the members name but would like to say thanks your tip works.

Some members do not know how to gauge a hill. I have read posts here that say they can mow a 90 degree hill with their ZTR. Don't try this since it is straight up and down. :D

I thought that was how you got your stripes looking like they went through the trees--you just drove up one side and down the other. ;)
