Received a W-9 today from a builder that we mow three lawns for.
Builder will only give use the mowing account and not the install work.

I have never had an account that sent out a W-9 has anyone one else had one sent to you and what do you do with it.

Fill it out & get it back to them. They need it to write off your part of work.

I recently filled one out for a woman who is on WormansComp Insurance. The insurance ask I fill it out in order to recieve my payment. They plan on writing my payment off on there taxes. Nothing to worry about unless you dont pay taxes.

W-9 is very common with my commercial accounts. Fill it out and claim the income as state above :) The IRS watches everything........
