To start with I have a big trailer. But will be buying a new Aframe tilt trailer to haul the Ferris IS 2000Z on by its self.
And was wondering as the mower is 6'9" if a 6x10 trailer would be better as where the weigh would be over the axle?
Or go with a 6x12 tilt?
The price of the 6'X10' ft is $645 and the 12ft is $695.
Just making sure what length would work out better when you just pull up all the way on the trailer and the weight be best?
Also I am thinking of going with a wood floor. The price is the same for wood or metal. But the expansed metal always gets low spots in them for me. so thinking wood would be better.

Thanks.
Yes I did think about the 12ft in case. But if the mower would ride better on the 10ft I would rather go for it.
As the 2000Z would be the only thing on it any way at one time.
Thanks again.

No matter what size trailer you buy, you wind up filling it up in no time and then wish you had something bigger. Has happened to me more than once with trucks, mowers, trailers, shops, you name it.

Yes that I know. Thanks for the reply Rodfather. Always enjoy your post.
I have a 28ft Goose neck
16ft tandem
14ft tandem
5x10 tilt.
But looking at the 6x10 or 6 x 12 to get into a few tight spots. That I do all in one day. Also all that I do on this accounts is mow. And do them with the Ferris IS2000Z. So just looking at a trailer that allows me to tilt and go.

Did some checking, And the back axle of the Ferris will be right over the axle of the trailer.
So looks like I will be picking up the 6x10 tilt trailer Saturday.
