We are placing a bid on a huge catholic church. I am a little confused about how to do this because it was 300,000 worth of beautiful landscape. It has an area of about an acre on a flat surface that is grass. The rest is curbs with shrubs and trees, some with a little bit of grass. How would you price a job like this that is "cut up". The area of the church and landscaping is appx. 3 acres.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Just figure out how long it will take you to do the work & then bid accordingly.

mulch once a year
cut bushes trees shrubs 2 or 3 times a year
weed twice a month
cut/ trim everyweek
so figure how much you would charge for each of those items and go from there
