Replacement engine for my Super Z?

I've got a 24hp Honda on my Super Z and I think it might be time to change the engine. Can you tell me the shaft size and length. Could I switch to a 27 Kohler? If so what mods are necessary? How much is a wiring harness for the Kohler?

E-mail me and I can get you the spec # of the 27 Kohler we use.
I don't have the crank size or length, only a spec # and I don't actually have that with me where I am at right now.
